Stephanie Tignor is a mom of three living in Richmond, Virginia. Stephanie was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 25, but had experience with chronic illness prior to that from living with her dad who suffered from multiple sclerosis for most of his life. She holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Arts in English and works full-time in higher education administration as an international educator.
